Adam Jaffe is a business attorney with a concentration in corporate, real estate, and finance transactions and controversies. His advises select clients in multiple industries: financial services, real estate, manufacturing, retail, transportation, technology, media, entertainment, telecommunications (TMT) and logistics. Adam handles general corporate and business matters involving diverse commercial agreements and disputes. His clients include business owners, sponsors, managers, investors, developers, lenders, borrowers and intermediaries in the lower middle market. For the last fifteen years, Adam has worked as an investment banker, delivering capital advisory and M&A services to clients in the lower middle market. His business experience in both banking and real estate platforms enables him to offer superior legal services to his clients.
Adam earned a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse and later earned a law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York, California and Arizona. Drawing on his financial services and real estate background, Adam also maintains FINRA Series 24, 7, 79 & 63 licenses and is a licensed California real estate broker.
